I know we have mentioned it before, but so many people are beginning to appreciate our local wildlife that it seemed a good idea to flag up details of our local RSPB group.

The group would genuinely welcome anyone that shares their passion. There is always an open invitation to come along to their meetings which take place on the 3rd Thursday of every month at the ARA club, Manton Lane Bedford MK41 7PF. Literally there is something for everyone, from expert to novice - RSPB membership is not essential either. There is a small, token entrance fee to cover costs - group members £1, Guest £2, annual group membership £5. You will find more information online here:- www.rspb.org.uk/groups/bedford
